Her expertise includes transformational change, crisis management, finance, M&A, compensation, human capital, audit, and corporate governance. Her generalist background enables her to bring new perspectives to technology, healthcare, life sciences, financial, and industrial companies. Her understanding of value creation enables companies to thrive, reach their full long-term potential, and maximize shareholder value. Prior to her career as an experienced board member, Wendy spent 15 years as an Investment Banker at DLJ and Goldman Sachs. She holds a BA from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
