YBH is interested in working across all industries pre- and post-commercial launch, where the TAP II device can enhance the blood collection experience for the user or the outcome of the project.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
YBH would need to look at your requirements and agree on an order schedule with you depending on the complexity of the project.
Does YBH support research projects?
Yes, YBH are interested in engaging in projects where the application of the device is broadened as we develop our use cases.

What is the regulatory status of the TAP II Blood Collection Device?
The TAP II Blood Collection Device is CE marked under Class IIa for use for self and assisted collection from the upper arm. In addition, the TAP II device is also available as an ‘investigational use only (IUO)’ device.
How much blood can the TAP II device collect?
The TAP II Blood Collection Device collects approximately 270uL-350uL of whole blood.
I would like to see someone use the device first. Is there a video I can watch?
What is the shelf life of the TAP II device?
The shelf life of a TAP II device depends on the expiration of the attached blood collection tube, 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Where are the devices manufactured?
TAP II Devices are manufactured at the TAP II Manufacturing Facility in Medford, MA, USA.
For what purposes can the TAP II Blood Collection Device be used?
The TAP II Blood Collection Device is used to collect capillary blood for tests requiring a small amount of blood. The TAP II Blood Collection Device can be used by a layperson or healthcare worker.
Where can I buy TAP II devices?
As TAP II samples will need a specific process in order for laboratories to be able to process them, devices are not available for consumers to buy outside of an agreement with a laboratory. If you have an arrangement with a laboratory, then they will need to purchase the devices to support your arrangement.
